Lorenza is a dry, true rosé founded in Northern California in 2008 with the goal of making a serious Rosé sourced from ancient vines. Driven by passion for the beautiful pink wines of Provence mother and daughter layer 33 years in the Napa Valley wine business and the savvy of being one of the world’s top models and style icons to present the magic of Lorenza. The wine comes from a serious foundation from a handful of California’s oldest vineyards, notably the Bechthold Vineyard, Cinsault planted in 1847.
The four components during fermentation
After eight years, the duo maintain a highly disciplined program of early harvest, whole cluster pressing, dry fermentation and a discrete blending of four varietals: Cinsault, Carignan, Grenache and Mourvedre.
